Our fee promise

No nasty surprises! We will endeavour to give you a fixed price quote from the information you provide. We do not charge for every phone call and every letter and unless you require specific advice, you will not be charged any additional fees. You can pay by standing order to ease your cash flow.

Timescale

Our objective is to achieve a maximum of an 8 week turnaround providing that all of the information required is available. We are also a member of the Sage Accountants Club and have access to discounts on some Sage products as well as being able to offer an online accounting package through Sage as an approved provider.

Our two offices are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but are able to see clients outside of these times when arranged in advance. We are also able to visit clients at their premises.
